Privacy Policy

We collect no personal information. UtilityToolsLab does not require registration, sign-in, or any account creation. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other identifying details.

All tool operations — text conversion, image compression, JSON formatting, password generation, and every other utility — execute entirely within your browser using standard Web APIs (JavaScript, Canvas, Web Crypto). Your input data is never transmitted to any external server.

One thing to know about voice features (Speech to Text and voice typing in the Avro Bangla tool): speech recognition is done by your browser’s own speech service, not by us. In Chrome and Edge that service runs on Google’s or Microsoft’s servers, so the audio goes to them while you dictate. We never receive it.

We use localStorage only for these quality-of-life features:

• Saved (Favorited) Tools — the star list you build on the homepage, stored locally in your browser only.
• Recently Used Tools — the last few tools you opened, for quick access.
• Your Tool Inputs — the numbers, text and options you enter in a tool, so it shows your own data when you come back. Passwords, keys, tokens, uploaded files and generated results are never saved.
• Timer Sound Settings — the alert sound, volume and notification choice shared by the timers.

This data lives entirely on your device. Clearing your browser storage removes it permanently. We have no copy of it.

UtilityToolsLab does not integrate payment processors, advertising networks, or data brokers. The Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces are served from our own domain, so loading a page makes no request to Google Fonts.

Because we store no personal data on our servers (we have none), the attack surface is effectively zero. Your tool inputs are processed in memory inside your browser tab and discarded when you navigate away or refresh the page.

UtilityToolsLab is a general-purpose utility platform intended for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. No registration or personal data submission is required to use the platform.

If we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
