Terms of Service

By accessing or using UtilityToolsLab (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

UtilityToolsLab provides a collection of 60+ free, client-side micro-utility tools covering text processing, image manipulation, developer tooling, mathematics, competitive programming, and PDF utilities. The Platform is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and professional use.

All tools execute entirely within your web browser. No user data, input, or output is transmitted to, stored on, or processed by any UtilityToolsLab server. We operate no backend processing infrastructure for tool execution.

All utilities on the Platform are and will remain completely free to use. No account, subscription, payment, or sign-up of any kind is required to access any feature. There are no premium tiers, paywalls, or feature limits.

UtilityToolsLab does not log, capture, store, transmit, sell, or share any information you enter into any tool. This includes but is not limited to:

• Text inputs and outputs (converters, formatters, generators)
• Uploaded files (images, PDFs)
• Generated passwords or cryptographic values
• Code snippets or programming inputs
• Any other data entered into any tool on the Platform

The only browser storage used is localStorage for saving your favorite tools and recent tool history, both stored locally on your device only and never sent to us.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not use UtilityToolsLab to:

• Process, generate, or distribute content that violates applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract Platform content via automated means
• Reproduce the Platform or substantial portions of it without permission
• Circumvent any security or access control feature of the Platform

The UtilityToolsLab name, logo, design system, and UI are the intellectual property of the Platform operator. The underlying open-source libraries used (React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Lucide Icons, etc.) are subject to their respective licenses.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. Tool outputs should be independently verified before use in production systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UtilityToolsLab and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any tool therein.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
