Make a photo collage in your browser: 12 grid layouts, square, story and print sizes, spacing, rounded corners and drag-to-frame. Photos stay on your device.
Most free collage sites want an account, add a watermark, or upload your photos to a server before you have placed a single one. This collage maker does the whole job on a canvas in your browser tab. The photos are read from your disk, arranged, and drawn into one image you download. Nothing is sent anywhere, and closing the tab forgets them.
Clicking an empty cell, the grey ones marked + 2, + 3 and so on, opens the file picker straight away, which is quicker than going back to the button.
Every shape exports at print-friendly resolution: square at 2160 × 2160, Instagram portrait (4:5) at 2160 × 2700, story (9:16) at 1440 × 2560, wide (16:9) at 2560 × 1440, and 3:2 or 2:3 at 2700 × 1800. The spacing, margin and corner numbers are shown in pixels of that finished image, and they scale with it, so a square collage and a story with the same settings look alike.
Each photo is cropped to fill its cell without being stretched, the way a phone’s gallery fills a thumbnail. JPEG and WebP have a quality slider (92% by default); PNG is lossless and much larger. The preview is drawn at a lower resolution so dragging stays smooth; the download is redrawn at full size.
Add more photos than the layout has cells and the extra ones are dimmed in the strip and left out of the image until you choose a bigger layout. Add fewer, and the empty cells are filled with the background colour in the download. The tool holds nine photos at most. Downloading with none at all says “Add at least one photo before downloading.” iPhone HEIC files only open in browsers that can decode them, such as Safari on Apple devices; elsewhere the tool names the file it could not read so you can convert that one to JPEG.
Click a cell to select it, then drag to move the photo inside it. Click an empty cell to add a photo.
